All used and new parts from A&J Cycle Salvage are guaranteed to be good. We give 10 days from the time you receive our parts to install, test and try them. If there are any problems with the part we sold you, we will allow a one-time exchange for the same type of part. We do not exchange for other types of parts. Wrongly ordered parts or not wanted parts are not returnable. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged to any accepted returns. For any returns or exchanges, you must have your original receipt.
All new parts made by Rick’s Electronics sold by A&J Cycle Salvage, come with a six (6) month warranty. Any issues with the part during that time, must be returned to A&J Cycle Salvage to be sent to Rick’s Electronics for testing. If the item is deemed no good, Rick’s Electronics will replace the part. If the item tests good, that very part will be sent back to us without being replaced. To place any warranty claims with a Rick’s Electronics part, you must have your original receipt.
